Ugly Old Worn Lovely

Down below are two collages of my favourite shoes! I got them when we were in NYC in 2009 and I love them! Many of my friends have been writing things on them, and I've written a few things too. They are so worn out the tray is about to fall off.
When I got new Converses (the blue ones) I promised I'd trow the old ones away. But I just can't, I'm still wearing them more often than I wear the blue pair.
They'll stay in my heart forever! xD

Today's outfit

On the picture below you can see what my schoolmates could see today at school... Lol I'm so wierd!
Anyway, first; the pants. As you see they are slightly flared. They've been just chillin' in my warderobe for like 5 years, and two days ago I thought I'd try them on. At first I hated them, but I had to wear them (since all my other jeans were dirty.) And after a day I loved them :)
Second; The sweater. It's got the flag of the states on the chest. What irritates me a lot is when people see it and comment things like
"Oh, so you've become obsessed with USA now?"
Ehm, what?! Just because I have an USA-sweater and am going to be an exchange student there soon? Gaah! Haven't they realized I am not the only one? I mean there's girls everywhere who have clothes with the flag of either UK or the States.. Why complain so much about me wearing one then?!

Sorry about the rant... I just had to let it out :/

Symphony

Isn't it wierd how you can have the greatest day, you are in the best mood. And then you get to know one simple thing that changes your mood completely? Suddenly you can't understand how you could feel so free, happy, careless just a few minutes earlier...
Then you talk to a friend who understands you completely and suddenly you realize you are laughing so hard your stomage hurts! And everything feels a little easier :) I don't know if you understand what I am talking about. I just had a day like that and I would probably still be feeling very down if it wasn't for Moa <3

Studyingstudyingstudying

So today I've been studying a lot! Like A LOT, a lot! But since tomorrow's exam is Finnish I will fail it anyway... I suck at Finnish :/ But I just want to pass it with a good score so bad! :(

Eew!

Okay the picture is pretty bad, but thank your lucky star for that! Today on my way to the musictheory-lesson I saw this just inside our gate. It had been hidden under the snow, but now as the snow starts to melt this appeared. It's a dead bird :/ Poor thing! I'll have to take a longer way to school to avoid it... (About 20 m longer, but it's a lot when you live 100 m away from school.)

Just wanted to tell you the sad story of this bird. Xx

Safe and Sound

We got home safely yesterday. We ate a little and then I went to bed. Today I've had my second exam - Swedish... I think it went okay, but I'm not sure :)

Now I am at school again, preparing lesson for tomorrow's exam - Finnish. Hahah I just realized the week started with all language exams; Spanish, Swedish, Finnish and last English. Random fact...

Chocolate and packing

I did just come back from the slopes where we spent about three hours.. Now I'm eating my last egg from yesterday and then I'll start packing :)

Faaar away we went

Today we went for a long crosscountry skitour with the fam. We ended up skiing 24 km. It was amazing, and I had a great time! When we got home we ate a lot of chocolate (I mean it's easter duuh..) And that's pretty much it. Happy late easter btw! ^^

Tea

Hi, Hello!
We're finally back in our cabin. My legs are exhausted, but it's been a great day! We went to every lift except for one after lunch. :)

Now I'm socializing with my fam while drinking tea. Soon I have to study again.. blaah!!
Tonight we'll eat pancakes! Hahah, I'm excited :D We always eat them here, and it's like the best part of the trip ;) Lol

Waiting

Waiting for my sister's friend to hire new boots. My toes are freezing cold! They always get when I'm skiing :/
Today we've been skiing with a skiguide. He was nice and a good teacher :)

I am laying in the slope, enjoying the sun and waiting for my sister and her friend. We were skiing with only one ski, and then in the lift they fell! hahaha xD Me and my brother fell too, but we managed to get back on the lift :)

And then I got a big snowmountain on my boot.. Hate when it happens! :P

Sitting in the bus in Levi... I am exhausted! I want to close my eyes so bad, but I know that if I do I'll fall asleep and miss my stop. Can't help but love life at times.....

At the airport

I just realized I haven't told you where I am going. I'm on my way to Levi, a skiresort in northern Finland :)

I've got more than an hour and a half to spend here on the airport before we start boarding, so I thought I could do some homework while waiting... But life could be worse you know ;)
